OUR FOOD AND BEVERAGE POLICY
We aim for you to have a pleasant and peaceful experience during your stay at our hotel. Therefore, we would like to inform you about our services and policies within the facility. One issue we would like to draw your attention to is our policy on bringing in food and beverages from outside.
Prohibition on Bringing Food and Beverages from Outside:
Hygiene and Quality Control: Food and beverages served in our hotel are prepared and served under hygienic conditions. We cannot guarantee the quality and hygiene standards of food and beverages brought from outside. Therefore, for the health and safety of our guests, bringing food and beverages from outside is not allowed.
Operation of Businesses Within the Hotel: The restaurants, cafes and bars in our hotel aim to provide our guests with enjoyable and unforgettable experiences by offering special tastes to our hotel. Bringing food and beverages from outside may harm the operation and income of the businesses within the facility.
Legal Regulations: Bringing and consuming alcoholic beverages to our hotel is against local and national regulations and hotel policies. Therefore, bringing alcoholic beverages is strictly prohibited. A Service Charge of 1250 TL will be reflected in your room account for each alcoholic beverage detected to be brought from outside.
Exceptions for Bringing Food and Beverages from Outside:
In some special cases, the hotel management may allow outside food and beverages to be brought in. For example, guests with special dietary requirements or health issues such as allergies can request permission by informing the reception staff.
As a result, we kindly ask that you do not bring any food or drinks from outside to our hotel. We thank you for your understanding and cooperation and wish you a pleasant stay.
